Polar Bear

Entire staff was helpful and looked after all our needs on time. Will bring a group of friends here next time.

I am the first guest booked via Expedia and from Japan:) I really appreciate that a hotel manager took care of me so much during my stay here. It was definitely one of my best stay with good hospitality. If we need a taxi transfer to hotel, he does. If we need a guide or contact with somebody take us go somewhere, he try to organize plan. If I feel sick, he asked me need a medicine or not. If I’m not good at wake up in the morning, he told me possible to bring breakfast to my room. When I back to Samarkand, I really wanna stay here again. Rahmat!

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was perfectly new and exceptionally clean. A special thanks to Jaffa, who was an absolutely wonderful receptionist. He was so kind and attentive to every detail. He even recommended a stunning place to visit nearby and that was a great add to our Samarqand visit. We really felt at home and would highly recommend this place! The hotel in under renovation which is going to leave it great!
