We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The only big issue was the elevator situation. There are only three elevators to serve the tower full of guests. While we were there, one of those elevators was out of order. Which meant that we had to wait at least 15 minutes every single time we went up or down. Where you wait for the elevators there is no air-conditioning. Also while you are in the elevator, there is no air-conditioning. So because of the long wait times 10 to 12 people would cram into the elevator at once and we were all extremely hot and uncomfortable. That is the only bad thing about this place, but is something that really needs to be considered.

The condo was very nice. The grounds were clean and very well kept. It was amazing!!

The condo itself was VERY NICE. The floors had not been cleaned well and we all had dirty feet and socks shortly after unloading. There were several food containers/ bags under kitchen sink from last guest. The information desk had no information about our stay and seemed to be there to sell parking passes. The pool area was cleaned as were all areas of the facility although the hours of operation were short. Our communications with our booking agent were GREAT ! ( be aware that you will NOT check in early , not even ONE minute prior to 4pm ! LOL ! ) The beddings , bathrooms were EXCELLENT as well as the furnishings and the kitchen was very well equipped. A beautiful condo and beach area!!
