Great beach view and access to the beach from the house. Home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a great time!

Spent great time for 3 days. Beautiful views of beach

Lets start with positives:Location is awesome!Private pool Ample towel supplyBeach chair service includedComfy bedsElevator came in handy!Management Office was very responsive! Not Ideal:2 floors without A/C: Tech says needs new systemNo hot water - replaced hot water heater while we were there.Pool deck does not drain and handrails are a hazardLandscape between house and beach needs helpBathrooms (other than master) need renovated - rust in tubThe freezer was iced over and had a sign that read "This refrigerator is new and works fine".Dishwasher needs replacementHas 2 icemakers unfortunately, only one was functional - nice to have2 windows are broken/some trim is rotted insideCan hardly see out of the windows on the 1st floor to the beach due to salt sprayLast but not least, I'm worried about something black around the air vents (mold?)I think when some work is done to the property, it will be a 5 star experience....not yet.
