The checkin and check out timing need based on the arrival of the guest, particularly reaching with family. Because setting 12.00 noon to 11.00 next day is not at all convenient. Long distance trains arrive at odd hours and when guest reach there by 7.00 am they have to wait till 12.00 noon. This need to be considered for 23 hours from arrival to departure.
Lunch and dinner could also be made available on demand on payment basis..

The breakfast staff were wonderful. Very friendly and obliging. The reception staff were surly and unhelpful
The room had good facilities (fridge, kettle etc) but the deluxe room didn’t really have any windows and was somewhat claustrophobic.
