Very nice apartment

Everything was perfect, the property is very modern, complete with all appliances, dishwasher and washer included. 2 AC units made easy to make it comfortable. The fact that parking was available on property was a welcome plus. Yes, it was an extra cost but the peace of mind was immense.. it was close to restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, metro to avoid using the car to visit Lisbon. All our boxes were checked, and then some.

You are above a bar, as we saw. It might be a little noisy for some on the weekends. The solid shutters helped a lot. It does use digital entry. This might be an issue for people less comfortable such apps.

Such a comfortable bed. Amazing shower. Lovely and spacious. Well equipped.

Noise at night. Gosh! Almost like a neighbour spent the night moving furniture around. And constant hammering! But the worst part was gaining access. They use a guest app. Oh! My word! I'm not technically minded, I hate technology - so this was a real challenge for me. Would be much happier with a lock box and code. Also the number of emails, just too many. I'm on holiday and don't want to have to read a number of emails. Despite all of that I highly recommend this accommodation.

It was completely impossible to sleep here. We were assigned a 1st-floor apartment directly above an outdoor seating area where people were drinking and socialising late into the night. To make matters worse, the balcony was literally a metre away from a busy intersection—it felt like cars and loud motorbikes were driving straight through the middle of our bed all night. It was a complete nightmare, and we didn't even get a few hours of sleep. Closing the windows and shutters tightly helped with the noise slightly, but certainly not 100%. Doing so also cut off all fresh air, making it extremely stuffy and hard to breathe. It triggered a runny nose, and the apartment began to smell unpleasantly of damp and mould. A smaller detail, but worth noting: if you bring nice dresses that require proper ironing, you will run into trouble. The apartment does not have an iron capable of ironing delicate fabrics without risking damage or water stains—there is only a garment steamer provided. When raised, the staff saw no issue with this inaccuracy, despite an iron being listed in the amenities, and even added that they take no responsibility for any damaged clothing. Because of the noise and lack of proper ventilation, I unfortunately cannot recommend staying here if you expect to get any rest.
