The location of this caravan is amazing, right near to the clubhouse, pool and car parking to unload bags. We were also near to Clacton on Sea where the kids had the best day out! The pool and arcades were brilliant for the kids. Entertainment staff lovely! Parking very easy Overall, the space was good for 2 adults and 3 children to live comfortably for 3 days. It is good value compared to costs you'd pay through Park holidays Owner is friendly

Overall, this caravan is worth booking, and we would use it again. Our kids had a great time! There were just a few areas that could have been better. Outdoors - the decking was covered in bits of eggshell, bits of balloon and confetti. It looked like it had been there a long time as we couldn't sweep it up very well. I reported this to the owner Wi-Fi - unfortunately the Wi-Fi wasn't working until the day we left. It would have been useful when out all day with kids they do need a little chill time in the evenings. It was eventually fixed on the final night TV - unfortunately this didn't work until the last day either. It was due to the Wi-Fi issues above even though the owner said it's an aerial it didn't work until last day. mattresses - the mattresses are a bit hard on top, they could do with a mattresses cover, or being own with you as the sheets are thin. Communication - The Wi-Fi and TV were reported to the owner on Monday, and she was very slow to respond. We understand she was working but often I had to message again to get an update. The Wi-Fi was sorted finally on Wednesday evening and kicked in Thursday morning. The owner was apologetic and kind, and did try getting it fixed. We understand the owner had to buy a bolt on package but we were going home then. We just felt that if you have a rental in then you do need to be a bit quicker at responding. Cooking stuff - there could do with a bigger frying pan or wok if you're cooking for the 6 people that can use the caravan. Pool situation - not the fault of the owner but worth others knowing that the swimming has to be booked now, and you can only book the day before for a 45 minute session. You cannot spend the day at the pool anymore. We would still visit again as it's a good price but think the communication and wifi needs improving

Very nice and clean. Lots of games for the kids to enjoy. Spacious decking area for whole family. Nice local activites and amusements in the area. Very close to the beach.

It was within walking distance of the coast and reasonably short drives to visit Brightlingsea, Clacton and Jaywick Sands. A few bars within walking distance.

The caravan itself needs some TLC. The curtains in the main area were hanging down as most of the hooks were missing. There were no hangers in the wardrobes. No bread knife and the plastic slice was broken. The hob needs a good clean. One of the chairs on the decking was broken. Just generally felt a bit "tired"
