L'espace

Location is very good, parking around the corner. The appartement has a large livingroom and a large bedroom.
The appartment needs a bit of maintenance. Curtains in the living room would be usefull as the outside lampost floods thr living with light. The furnice...put in a modern one as well.as some proper furniture. Last remark, there must be some leakage in the sewer as it smells bad in the corridor. Nevertheless, some small maingenance stuff to be done and you have a perfect place in the heart of Brussels.
