It had everything that we needed. Only missing a potato masher lol. So convenient to the mall and to the stadium.
No real issues with the property.

Great location to the Bay Wave pool and walking distance to the mall and supermarket. Relatively quiet neighbourhood. Good kitchen facilities for family. Parking is also easy, off street parking was always available. There is a designated park but we didn't use it. Heaters were very efficient. We like the washing machine facility and drying rack was available.
The only problem is smell from the drains at times in the kitchen area and toilet area. There were a few cobwebs in the laundry room and upstairs bedroom facing the roadside. Would be good to clean them up before next guests come.
