This property was perfect. It was very clean and updated. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels available. The host always communicated immediately and was very friendly. Perfect location for attending an event at UCA.

The home is very spacious, extremely clean, comfortable! Beds slept great, plenty of hot water. Quiet neighborhood. Only real inconvenience was the house number was not visible at night and our gps said we arrived 2 houses down. Found several roofing nails on carport that we picked up. Very large back yard but not completely secured. Not a big deal for us but children would need to be monitored. Convenient to UCA and food/grocery. Kitchen table sits 4 but there is an island with a couple/few of stools Outdoor sitting good if not raining or too hot. Definitely recommend!!

Very clean nice location high end upgrades very cozy and comfortable and super clean too. Hosts were very helpful and friendly

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first! Very clean, comfortable and well appointed home!
