The building in Hürth provides comfortable accommodations for travelers, technicians, skilled workers, and business travelers. You’ll feel right at home in the spacious 2-room apartments, which measure approximately 50–55 m². They are fully equipped, including beds, a wardrobe, and a kitchen. The building also has a washing machine, which makes a longer stay very comfortable.
For some much-needed relaxation after a long day, there is a single shower in the private bathroom. All you need to bring are your own hand towels, bath towels, and laundry detergent.
Bed linens are provided and help ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. With separate beds, the apartment is perfect for both families and coworkers.
We are able to come into the apartment once a week. If the apartment is not cleaned, we will clean the kitchen, bathroom/toilet, and hallway with our cleaning staff and bill you separately.
Minimum rental period is 7 days; cancellation and payment must be made 1 week in advance.
A security deposit of 650 € and a final cleaning fee of 150 € are required.
Trash must be sorted. We bill for trash sorting separately.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property. Fine: €500.

A stay here is more than just a place to sleep—it’s a pleasant and comfortable living experience. Less than a 1-minute walk to the bus stop, and the Fischenich train station is just 10 minutes away, serving KVB Line 18, which runs toward Cologne or Bonn. Parking: Public parking spaces.
