The apartment is on a quiet residential street near a commercial corner—very central but can have light city sounds. Parking is street-only and typically easy to find. Entry is through a gated walkway. The unit itself is located on the second floor, accessed via a spiral staircase the unit has 1 bathroom located in the primary bedroom.

loved the place. lots of old charm with updated bath and kitchen. loved that there was an outside patio. close to the convention center and lots of restaurants. the host was very helpful. would definitely go back

Amazing location. Easy access to Old SJ, Condado, T-Mobile District, and Hiram Bithorn Stadium. Would be happy to stay again.

Sheets had multiple stains on them and I had the second floor the ppl on the third floor made it impossible to sleep partying all night and being extremely loud. The communication was awesome but the parking was always a issue a building is being demolished next to theirs and I parked their when I went out he next morning the workers said they had been there since 7am trying to work but could not because I was parked in front of the building they where demolishing. No signs nor a do not park here anywhere in the area I wish the building had parking because some nights I had to park far away and walk a mile to half a mile
