Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. The neighborhood is very quiet which was great for morning walks and getting the kids to bed early. The property has lots of updated appliances and was spotless upon arrival. The property owner was wonderful with a thoughtful binder of recommendations and clear communication on procedures. The only negative is the traffic to go around Rehoboth which maybe you could avoid by staying closer to the beach, but isn't really avoidable unless you stay walking distance. There are a few nice restaurants that are walking distance through the neighborhoods that we tried and enjoyed. It was wonderful to have the pool right across from the house to take the older kids to the pool after the beach while the baby napped.

The property was in a great location to shopping, beaches, restaurants and the townhouse had plenty of room for my family to spread out and one of the 3 pools was close to townhouse. It was very nice & had everything thing we needed, I loved the screened in porch for at night sitting outside, I would definitely stay there again, the property owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive to our questions.
