Great ground floor unit close to the kings and queens shops. Master bed was very comfy and the unit was very clean.

Place was nice and communication was great. The complaint we have is air conditioning is locked at 75 degrees. This was not advertised at all when we booked. The twin bed mattresses not comfortable for adults. New mattresses are needed. The unit is close to pool and beach. Would stay here again if the air could go down to 73 and twin bed mattresses were replaced.

AC DOES NOT GO BELOW 75. After 5 years of coming to this community and having a wonderful time, we finally were underwhelmed. The apartment description should make it more obvious the air conditioning is fixed at 75. We’ve stayed at multiple units at this property and never faced this situation. A resident in the neighborhood was shocked about the rule. That in addition to the sparse kitchen makes this a one time stay for us. We’ll happily give our business to waikoloa rental company instead even if it means paying more.
