The condo was nicely appointed and very clean. There were a few hiccups on arrival but the owner responded quickly and was very willing to make things work. It is a short walk to the beach and the pool. The property had everything you need for the beach.

Came in for the New Smyrna bike and bar weekend. Great location, plenty of places nearby for supplies. Across the street from the beach. Quiet. Condo was great, it had everything we needed.
