Perfect space for a family of 3 to 4. Easy walk to beach. Minimalist kitchen so be aware if planning to cook. Listing states balcony which there is not. Looks like it was enclosed for additional living space.Felt it was an excellent value.

My stay at this beautiful Fort Myers Beach condo complex was amazing, with a clean unit, a great pool area, and nearby beaches! It was everything that was advertised and more. I highly recommend this unit to anyone considering a visit to the Fort Myers area!

The property was nicely appointed. The advertised balcony was actually an enclosed sun room. Although pleasant, fresh air lovers were unable to enjoy an actual balcony. The beds were not as comfortable as hoped. The twin beds were hard and the king turned into a valley for two sleepers.
