Exactly what I needed at a great price.

It was perfect for one or two. Excellent location! I stayed five days and did something every day and didn't drive far. Beautiful views!!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy, smaller one bedroom in Apache Junction. It was clean, comfortable, cool and a relatively quiet place to stay. It was nice to have a large carport to sit out and enjoy our morning coffee plus have a shaded spot for our vehicle. We also appreciated having a pool, hot tub and a small dog park close by. Dawn was very responsive as a host and we were fortunate enough to meet/visit with some of her friends/neighbors within the community. A great place to stay for a very reasonable price. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Don't ever display an American flag that is ripped, torn, or dirty!! Place was just OK. Rearranged furniture as it was very crowded. Plastic statues and flowers were full of dust. Odd way to make coffee... blinds were broken or missing slats. Bathroom was updated but no washcloths, hand towels. Two towels. No broom to sweep and washing machine screeched with metal upon metal. Hmmmmm cost wise it did not live up to the listing ...
