Opinie

8 / 10

The good things were so good that they made up for the negatives !

Great location, spacious, with a well appointed kitchen, lovely views and balconies, useful elevator

Terrible mattresses, way too soft. Cheap thin sheets and towels, poor pillows . Needed more trash bags and toilet paper. Crappy art on the walls.

A fantastic stay, roomy and comfortable apartment with great views

I had an amazing stay here for one week. All amenities you would need in plenty of room. Instructions were easy to understand, and building is in good shape. Host is responsive and available via WhatsApp for any questions or to drop bags early. The balconies were wonderful with views in every direction for sunrise and sunset. The full kitchen was great, plenty of linens, and WiFi worked extremely well. Extremely clean. Walkable to all of Intra, and I parked my ebike in the garage. I have been to Intra several times and this is my favorite place I have stayed and would only stay here again. The place is as pictured, even better, as all my photos are mostly from outside. Inside was great as well!

Beautiful apartment and great host!

The view was stunning and the apartment was much bigger than expected (as was the terrace!). There are a few nice restaurants around the apartment, but (especially for weekends) you have to reserve in advance.

Beautiful apartment with some challenges

The apartment was very clean 2 bathrooms, huge living room and kitchen fully equipped Central place and the view is beautiful

Even though the host provided video instructions, it was very difficult to access the parking. The gate requires a key that is locked inside the parking area, so we were lucky that another resident happened to let us in. Otherwise, we could have been stuck for quite a while. In the morning, we faced another issue when trying to leave the parking: we couldn’t return the key while still needing it to open the gate. Fortunately, a garbage truck driver helped us out. The parking itself is also very tight, so entering with a station wagon takes time and carries the risk of scratching the car. A smaller vehicle or parking outside would be much easier. We also had trouble with the apartment keys. The set we received opened the wrong stairwell, and we spent about half an hour struggling with our luggage before the owner responded and clarified the issue. Communication was only possible via WhatsApp, as the host does not speak English. The apartment was very hot. There were two portable AC units in the bedrooms, which we eventually managed to set up, but the living room had only a fan. The balcony was partially blocked due to nearby construction. Overall, the stay was reasonable for the price, but guests should be prepared for some inconveniences, especially with parking and communication.
