The hotel was great. Very clean, quiet and the a/c was on and kept it comfortable throughout the entire trip. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, restaurants were great and the casino provided a good time. My favorite feature was the shower. I don't know what shower head they have but it is awesome.
The only complaint about the hotel is the water pressure in the room sink. It was little more than a trickle even on full blast. My complaint with the casino was for some reason my card and my husband's card did not work on a lot of the games. I had mine replaced and the issue continued. This made it difficult to play.

Staff was great and responded quickly to requests.
1- No slippers
2- No Robe
3- They did not tell me at check-in that I had to request daily cleaning of the room.

Lovely property
There seemed to be a shortage of food service staff and wait times were way beyond acceptable . That was in the 2nd week id June so hoping that has been improved
