La struttura è molto accogliente e costeggiata di un bel prato verde, è vicina al traghetto di punta Sabbioni che in 20-30 minuti porta a Venezia. Le camere sono giuste per un weekend da turista. Consiglio di prendere anche la colazione perché offre tutto quel che serve e intorno non ci sono molte alternative. La wifi ✅acqua calda✅ condizionatore✅ e lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Il personale della mattina è molto gentile, ricordate che è gestita da una agenzia quindi al check in non troverete qualcuno ma farete in autonomia; tutto molto semplice, se chiamate o scrivete prima di arrivare vi invieranno le informazioni su whatsapp. Pizzeria annessa consigliata, pizza molto valida e personale accogliente.

Piccole pecche manca il bidet e le camere sono un po’ piccole ma come dicevo giuste per farsi qualche giorno di visita.

Muy tranquilo. El precio es de lo mejor considerando los precios que hay en Venecia. Ningún alojamiento comparable en precio al de este hotel. Fuimos andando desde los ferrys hasta el hotel y no es un camino tan largo. Está en medio del campo y el desayuno incluido es excelente. El personal muy amable en la zona de cafetería y restaurante. Del resto no vimos a nadie.

Todo era como esperábamos.

Easy and safe 12 min walk to water taxi for Venice. Plenty of parking onsite. Older house appears to be converted to a 7 bedroom hotel. Restaurant on site makes lovely fire grilled pizza. Restaurant staff very pleasant.

Absolutely NO hotel staff to check you in or out and meet any of your needs. Obtained key from restaurant staff. In our 3 night stay, no linens or towels were refreshed. 3 burned out bulbs were not replaced upon request during our stay. Ripped and blood stained sheer curtain covering on bathroom window. Very small rooms do not allow for suitcases to be open off the floor. Torn wallpaper. 2 party events during our stay. Crazy loud music until 11pm followed by loud talking to midnight..And if that doesn't disturb your sleep then a hard bed will.
