Francesco was a wonderful host and we truly enjoyed our stay for 5 nights in Castellamare. He was communicative prior to our arrival and helped share details about a driver who helped us get picked up from the airport and for transportation around other areas of the island. We also asked for his recommendation for a small boat tour and he put us in touch with Michele who took us on several wonderful boat excursions for the three of us. I highly recommend staying here as a base point to go explore the beautiful areas. The view from the terrace is wonderful and the location can't be beat. There is a new restaurant that just opened up on the same street about 3 minutes into the downtown area and it's by far the best upscale meal we had while there, name is Ristorante Sinfonia Del Gusto Sicilia and the server Emmanuele is wonderful. Fantastic time, highly recommend!

The only area of improvement is that some of the furniture is a tad older from wear and tear. Nothing major and still a fantastic time.

None of the contact details re key collection provided by Booking.com replied. No reply to emails. Managed to speak to B.com agent 4 hours before arrival and they failed to make contact with the property , and never advised us.Finally found a number and got a message in Italian (Thanks Google translate), So managed to get in. No thanks to B.com.
