location in busy market, walking distance from Marina Beach. The staff is helpful and attended swiftly to resolve issues. There are many eateries of different types near the hotel which is required as no food is served here. The room and toilet is clean and well lighted. Lift good.
The linen and towels tattered, basin clogged, all these require management attention immediately. The staff changed linen but they are so old that have turned yellow. As it is located in a small lane off the main road where water logging is frequent even with little rain, it was not possible to enter or exit the hotel without walking through dirty drain water. The drinking water filter is kept on ground floor and we have to fill our own bottles, not even a 500ml bottle is provided in the room which was really unheard of.
