The property was clean. The fridge wasn’t a bar fridge.

The bed was so high because of the storage underneath I needed help to climb into bed each night. The bed was too big for the room, there was not enough room on one side of the bed. Not a room for older people or people with limited mobility. Limited facilities within the complex.

Location was great. The rooms were large, and washer dryer was included. The units were new and extremely clean.

The front of house staff are quite rude and cold. We arrived early and despite requesting an early check in they made us wait till exactly check in time 3pm (my kids fell asleep in the waiting area. We paid for 4 guests and were only given 3 pillows until the last day. The staff at the front counter dont really care too much. They simply said we dint have pillows.

A lot of storages and very clean

Unfortunately, there is no intercom or phone in the room to contact the front desk or housekeeping when we need assistance.

The size of the rooms are good and there is a proper kitchenette stocked with cutlery and dishware which was really good for our family. The location is also fairly convenient with lots of food options around.

Bathroom ventilation wasn’t great and the floors had a tacky feel to it. Housekeeping only happened once during our stay. We forgot to sign out of our Netflix account as we were in a rush to check out and the next guest staying in the unit my family stayed at ended up using our account and messing up our episode watch sequence. I am surprised there is no thorough resetting of the digital systems in the apartment - at hotels when we do the same it always gets logged out by the hotel when we leave but here it’s not the case.
