Everything was great except the lack of communication from the host.

Great spot. Clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast provisions fresh and so nice to have! Would stay again!

Host was very accommodating. Flat was close to sites. Public transport was right outside the door of the flat.

This stay did not start out great. The host did not send check in info prior to our arrival. I had to ask about how to get keys, exact location, etc. when we arrived the instructions we were given for check-in did not match up. We were told “blue door, blue keys, first floor”. There was only one set of keys, black, and they went to a grey door, which as Americans we would call first floor (ground level door). However, the keys were to a basement flat. Host was not quick to respond at any time. We had no other option than to sleep in the basement flat which was an efficiency apartment. It was cute, well decorated, and comfortable bed. However, we had paid for a flat with a separate bedroom, living area and full kitchen. The following day the host contacted us to tell us there had been a mixup and that the other guests had taken the keys to our flat and we ended up in theirs for the night. Lengthy story, but the host ended up having our belongings moved while we were not there to the correct flat. We ended up in the correct room for the rest of our stay, but I was not comfortable with the fact that someone had touched and gone through all our belongings. She could have called or texted to reach us and have us pack our things. She sent a message about having us pack our things to move to correct flat, but it was hours after we had left for the day. She had our things moved before we could respond. See messages in pics. Still have not received refund price difference.
