The house was as advertised. Beach was beautiful. House was well equipped.Would recommend.

This property was perfect in every aspect.
Communication and ease of checking in and out was effortless.
We loved the layout of the home. Bedrooms up stairs and kitchen/living area below. Allowed for kids and adults to take naps during the day while lunch was made and so forth.
There is a screened in porch and open porch that allowed a wonderful view from main floor.
The master bedroom had a spectacular view relaxing and or romantic.
Very clean, updated decor and appliances. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking ware and dishes. We ate in every meal and had everything we needed.
Location is quiet, easy access to the beach via foot or vehicle.

The house was great for a family beach trip. Great location for day trips to both Port St Joe and Apalachicola. The boardwalk to the water is showing some wear so definitely wear foot protection while walking to the beach. There’s not much beach but enough to hang out on and enjoy your day. We didn’t really get in the water due to it being dirty and strong rip currents due to offshore weather. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable.
