After an upgrade the room on the first floor was excellent clean quiet room with great views over pool and beyond lake

Very little to complain about

The room was nice and cleany which is the most important.

But the rest of the hotel don’t look like the modern hotel. However staff in the spa not so much helpful, breakfast are overpriced. The pool is closed at 8pm, it is a pity…

I really like the swimming pool outside and the internal jacuzzi. The access from the car to the room was very convenient, especially when travelling with the dog. We enjoyed the breakfast(maybe few more vegan options will be nice :))

The saunas were quite cold, as all the doors were opened before the official closing time. We were a little disappointed with the hotel’s policy regarding spa access. In the booking description on the phone, there was no clear information that our room type did not include access to the spa. Additionally, in the Q&A section, the hotel had stated that spa access was included with all rooms. However, after a short discussion with the staff, one of the receptionists understood the situation and offered us a very good solution, which we really appreciated. Thanks to him, we were able to use the spa. One small point for a dog-friendly hotel: it would have been nice to have at least a dog bed or bowls provided in the room.
