We loved the property, location and amenities. Our communication with our host started out great. They responded to questions very quickly. But they did not fix a major problem. The keyless entry stopped working Saturday. It never got fixed for the remainder of our stay, leaving us in a house unlocked. While they were very sorry for the problem, they were not able to fix the problem."I'm sorry I can't fix it before you leave" is not really acceptable.

Great location across the street from the cutest playground and walking trail. House was spacious and easy to access.

Perfect location for our purpose (lake George and west mountain).“Overall, the place has potential and a good first impression we have a great time. With better maintenance and a deeper cleaning, it could be a great stay.” Just some smalls detailing.
