Unit was exactly as described. For the most part everything was clean, but there was a slight layer of dust on nightstands, lamp shades, etc. On the flip side, the furnishings and furniture all seemed incredibly new and in great shape. Our party of 7 was super comfortable in the space and it never felt over crowded. All appliances worked well. This isn't specific to the unit, but we were surprised to learn there's no grills on the Boardwalk Beach property. The pool deck and beach area were great, we also enjoyed drinks at the poolside bar and hung out there a few nights with friends. Parking was never an issue and although we had a few instances of elevator delays (when only 2/5 were working), for the most part we never had to wait long. I'd definitely stay at Boardwalk again, and in this unit. The view is breathtaking!

THE ROOM WAS GREAT! SECURITY WAS LESS THAN DESIRABLE! THEY WERE RUDE TO MY SON AND WOULD STOP THEM EVERY NIGHT WITHOUT CAUSE. GOLF CARTS AND SLING SHOTS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND HAD TO BE PARKED .5 MILE AWAY AT A COMMUNITY PARKING LOT THAT I HAD TO PAY PER VEHICLE FOR THE WEEK. BUSINESS WAS SLOW AND LOTS OF PARKING FOR MY GOLF CART. WHEN BOOKING YOU PAY A CLEANING FEE OF OVER 200. WHEN WE LEFT THE ROOM WAS CLEAN THERE WAS SOME WATER BOTTLES AND A FEW COFFEE MUGS AND A PLATE FROM THE MORNING THAT HAD NOT BEEN PUT INTO THE DISHWASHER AND THE CLOSET DOOR THAT HAD BEEN OFF TRACK IN ONE OF THE BEDROOMS SINCE THE DAY WE HAD ARRIVED. I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF ALMOST 200 EXTRA WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION OR REASON UNTIL I ASKED. I WOULD BE AWARE OF ADDITIONAL COST AFTER CHECKING OUT.
