A 5 day trip for a graduation at MidWestern University. The property is in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy to get to and very clean. The manager was very quick to reply to texts and was attentive to questions. The house offered coffee creamer, sweeteners, a few spices & condiments. All furniture, appliances and kitchenware looked new. Amenities nearby for groceries, gas etc. Although there were only 2 of us, the house had plenty of room and extras for those with children. The pool was perfect with lots of towels and outdoor games. There was plenty of shaded outdoor seating for those hours when the backyard was in full sun. We enjoyed the house and would definitely rent again when we return to Phoenix

This property had everything we needed! One of the best rentals I have ever rented! Quiet, lots of amenities, clean, great pool, not a single negative thing to say!!

This is a very beautiful home, with all the amenities you will need. The kitchen is equipped nicely with condiments, spices, and is open to the large livingroom. It has a large master bedroom, with TV, en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The outdoor area was beautifully landscaped , with patio furniture, table and chairs, lounge chairs by the Heated pool and a grill. We loved the pool and we were in it everyday! The only thing it could use is a hand rail to get in and out of the pool for us older folks. Thanks for the use of your home, would love to stay here again!

This home is exceptionally well appointed with everything we needed and more.. lots of games for kids and adults, pool toys and life jackets which made grandkid pool time extra safe and fun. It's a gelreat location for soring training games as well as trips into Sedona and Scottsdale. We will definitely return and recommend to friends!
