We loved everything, beds were really comfortable and the place was very clean. Maria were very quick on our requests and responded very quickly as well. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Orlando to stay here and we would definitely stay here again. From the UK!!

The location and the design

The water need to be fluttering because the none filter water affects the ladies hair

I liked the location of the property and the interior was clean and they provided a variety of kitchenware we needed to cook with.

I didn’t like that they only provided one washcloth, when we messaged about it, we were told providing washcloths is not their standard, but we can have maintenance bring some. So, if it’s not your standard why provide one? Simply apologize and have someone bring us some instead of lying saying it’s not your standard. The pool was dirty, they sent someone the next day but they still didn’t clean all the bugs out. So, we had to complain again and all they did was have someone leave a skimmer for us to clean it out.
