Room was spacious and clean. Close to train station and tram stops.
Apartments are based above a fast food (pizza, kebab etc) restaurant and smell when entering building and leaving apartment was not pleasant.
Accessibility to rooms was not clear from booking listing, therefore 4th floor was people with limited mobility was not easy as no lift at building (8 flights of stairs).
Unable to have balcony doors / windows open due to noise from traffic and trams (all night). Not ideal when room was stuffy. A fan was provided but this was not effective against size of apartment.
