I liked that it was not far to where I had to work.

The area seemed a little on the hood.

The place was easy to get to and find. No problem parking right out front for 3 nights. The location made it easy to get to downtown and other areas around Indianapolis. The host was available immediately when I called on arrival with some confusion about my room. (Message them to confirm your room number, Booking sent me the wrong one). The common area was spacious and clean, with plenty of dedicated cupboard and fridge space for each guest. Room had everything I needed, bathroom had good water pressure. Reasonably priced for Memorial Day / Indy 500 weekend when I visited.

Room had a bit of musky smell - not bad per se but noticeable in case you're sensitive to that sort of thing. Bed was on the softer side - a bit too soft for me, personally, but might not be a problem for others. There's only a fan in the room, the windows didn't open, and one of the nights got very hot. Fortunately the other nights were cool and comfortable but I probably wouldn't do a long stay in the summer.
