I loved the property
The location is great wirh a bus stop right outside for easy access to Burnley or colne
The staff was lovely and super helpful, I knew if I had an issue I could go to them and they always kept me up to date.
The rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable.

Convenient and just what was needed

The wifi and the ensuite room.
The cleanliness, they change the bedding after 14 days which is not very hygienic. There is no vacuum cleaner or anything to clean the room.. when asked, I was informed they only clean the rooms if the stay is more than 14 days which is quite ridiculous.
