Trevi Imperial Suite 3

The room was spacious and decorated really nicely. The bed was comfortable with nice bedding. There was good wardrobe space for hanging clothes but some more shelves at a lower lever would be useful as some were too high for me. The bathroom was a good size and nicely fitted out.

The floor wasn’t very clean when we arrived, and the shower doors leaked so the floor got quite wet. A hairdryer in the bedroom would be better than one fixed in the bathroom. The shutter mechanism for the bedroom didn’t work so the blind didn’t stay open. The stairwell was really dirty which spoilt the entrance into the suite - this would put me off recommending the accommodation to someone which is a shame as great location and nice otherwise.

Расположение 10 из 10! Все знаковые достопримечательности в 5-7 минутах ходьбы. Чисто, комфортно. Кондиционер, холодильник, кофемашина, чайник и вода всегда в номере. Однозначно рекомендую!!!

Excellent location, clean, cozy. The communication was smooth, we appreciated the promptness of the replies on whatsup. On our first day the name of the accommodation was not flagged on the door keyboard. We mentioned it and it was immediately solved. Two water bottles were waiting for us in the room, each night. Impeccable, kudos!

Nothing to complain. To be more environmentally oriented, I would recommend not changing the towels so often, especially when the staying is short (3-4 nights). There was a small water leakage at the shower, that can be easily fixed.

Beds were comfortable, location was great. Room had almost everything that we needed.

Weird disturbance of neighboring door being broken down at 4 am, kept us up and made us uncomfortable. Could use a blanket. Safe was broken and unable to be used.
