Spacious, comfortable, well equipped, great local amenities, quiet area, close to metro. Digital access and customer service.
Nothing really. Others mentioned noise from nightclub, in 10 days we heard a few minutes of distant 'beats'.

Spacious and modern place. Everything works.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor atop of a nightclub. Drunk clubbers are noisy right under the bedroom window. Low frequency noise goes through walls.
