The location was great and the hotel and room were very clean. The 3 regular members of staff were very friendly and worked very hard .
There was no reception, we had to check in with a machine. We were disappointed that with no reception there wasn’t any body to ask for information or help. The 3 members of staff who cleaned the hotel and made the breakfast were very nice but couldn’t spoke very well little English . On an evening there wasn’t any staff at all which didn’t feel right.

Location, comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, modern rooms which were quiet. Nice roof terrace. Very friendly & helpful cleaners/breakfast staff
None manned reception desk. Automated check in. No one around to ask questions or to discuss advice/information about Cadiz. Unable to leave luggage after 3pm

No reception staff except on arrival but most of time time it is self check in at a screen
I informed guy on arrival that safe did not work it needed batteries and he said someone will come. I mentioned it twice and it was not repaired during our 3 night stay which was disappointing because it only needed the batteries replacing.

Almost brand new
Small rooms, sheets too small for the beds and kept coming undone so beds were a mess during the night, terrible breakfast, the area is only suitable for a 1 or two night stay and way over rated, we booked for 5 nights and left two nights earlier, food in the whole area is terrible and expensive
