We liked the staff coopration & room. The location of the property was also easy to reach. Staff cooperated in giving some food atleast in the early morning to the parents because they had to leave early because of their flight. We were getting charged for the bottles our parents took. Ideally atleast 2 bottles per day one can ask. Later, when I brought this issue they understood and didn't add it in the bill. This was so kind of them.
We didn't like the breakfast buffet, we have been to so many hotels in India and the options in breakfast are usually so much. Not only just Poha, Upma, Puri and bhaturas. Moreover, the Poha was stale and one could easily get to know seeing the softness of the Poha. Practically if the person is staying for 2-3 days then basic amenties like soap, shampoo, etc can be given without asking not just when we leave the keys for room cleaning. I found it weird. This could get more better.

Clean and comfortable value for money stay in Varanasi. Though, away from the ghats, one can find transport easily. The in house restaurant had great food and reasonably priced. Helpful staff and welcoming owners always available at the front desk.
Overall cleanliness and housekeeping could be better.
