Квартира чистая! Все есть для удобного проживания. Можно дойти или доехать на любом транспорте до любой достопримечательности (метро и автобусные остановки в 5-7 минутах пешком).

Die Lage nahe der Altstadt und dennoch in einem wunderschönen Viertel war hervorragend, Bars und Restaurants in der Nebenstraße, absolute Ruhe zum Schlafen, kein Lärm oder Verkehr! Wir kommen wieder!

The location and interior design were fine, well connected to the city. The property looks much better in photos. The apartment is located on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. There was coffee and tea, washing machine and TV. The host that greeted us was polite.

The smell in the apartment was bad. Was it from previous guests or toilets - not sure - it was strong and unpleasant and we had to vent it. Couches in the living room also had a terrible smell. Late check in was charged 50EUR even though our flights were delayed and we had no control over our arrival time. Plus the tourist tax. We ended up paying 135EUR upon arrival, in addition to 775EUR for booking for 2 persons for 4 nights. The host asked us to take out the trash and clean our dishes before we leave. We received an official message tru booking for this. This has never happened in my entire history of traveling the world. We did no parties and has no guests. We were barely in the apartment. A random person was waiting in front of our apartment sitting on the stairs, seeing when we would leave on our last day. It was the most random awkward thing - stalking. She didn't even bother to communicate with us. She just went into the apartment while we were leaving. Overall impresion - good location but for everything else - you can find a much better option in Barcelona, less suspicious and weird.
