Modern, clean, comfortable, great location and super kind service!!

Everything was perfect!!

Tesis çok güzel. Ulaşımı çok kolay. Otopark mevcut. Sahile yürüme mesafesi 5-10 dk arası. Budva zaten küçük bir yer. Otelden Old Town a yürüyerek çok rahat ulaşırsınız. Karşılama ve ilgi çok güler yüzlü oldu. Odalar çok temiz ve konforlu. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz ☺️

Ivan ist ein super Gastgeber mit vielen Tipps, er kann sogar einen Flughafen-Transfer organisieren und das Abstellen von den Koffern war möglich, bis das Appartement fertig war. Das Appartement war super sauber, sehr bequeme Betten und tolle Lage- in 1 Minute ist man am Supermarkt und in 5 Minuten am Strand, wo es viele Restaurants gibt. Bis zur Altstadt läuft man 20 Minuten. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Budva :-)

Ein minimaler Minuspunkt: Das Apartment liegt an einer Hauptstraße und ist daher etwas laut - allerdings hat jeder Raum auch eine Klimaanlage, falls einen der Verkehrslärm stört und man nicht mit geöffneten Fenster schlafen möchte

This is a modern building in a great location, just a short walk from the seafront promenade and the Old Town. We stayed in the ground-floor studio, which was spacious, very clean, and well-decorated, featuring AC e a well-equipped kitchenette. The studio door opens onto a side area of ​​the building used as a private parking lot—a huge convenience in Budva, given the difficulty of finding parking in the city. However, this didn't disturb our stay at all, as the studio was very quiet and featured large, comfortable beds. Our host, Ivan, was incredibly friendly and helpful, always attentive to guests' well-being and ready to assist with anything needed. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Budva.

The bathroom is a bit small and, as I discussed with Ivan, it would benefit from a shelf for shampoo and shower gel, a rack for hanging bath and hand towels, and holders for toothbrushes and toothpaste. As is common in many accommodations, the shower enclosure wasn't fully sealed, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor; however, this wasn't an issue for us, as the heat meant it dried quickly.
