Lovely flat, but unfortunately our stay was disrupted by a power cut and, after only a couple of hours, a flood caused by the boiler. We had to be relocated to another apartment, which unfortunately had less comfortable amenities. The combination of these issues so soon after arriving does make you wonder about the safety and general maintenance of the apartment.
Luckily, our host, Cristina, was available and was extremely helpful in dealing with the flooding and arranging the change of apartment. We really appreciated her assistance during what was a difficult situation.
The pool is also very nice.
The new flat we were relocated to was not suitable for four people, which was very disappointing, especially as the original apartment was booked for four. We did receive a small compensation, but unfortunately this was not offered automatically. We had to ask for it and send several messages before it was finally arranged.
