Design, environment clean and location

None

It was an excellent place to have a holiday with the family. The place was very neat and clean and the facilities were all in place. The location is extremely convenient.

Nothing. All was good.

Our stay had some real positives, the apartment itself was comfortable and well-located in De Waterkant, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and courteous.

Throughout our entire stay, in the middle of winter, we had no hot water. With five children in our group, including a two-year-old, this made basic routines like handwashing and bathing extremely difficult. We raised this repeatedly with the property, and while management initially offered to relocate us, they later withdrew that offer, leaving us with no real solution. On top of this, the cleaning standard was poor and did not match what we expected for the price paid.
