This house was amazing!! The inside is beautifully setup and enough room for all of us!! We had 8 persons in our party and everyone slept well!! The host was very accommodating and took care of the needs we had in a reasonable time!! I highly recommend this property if you are ever in the Lutz area!! May God continue to bless this property!!Rev Eileen Purnell McAfee

Our initial reaction was that this property exceeded our expectations, but that quickly dwindled. Host was not very personable and was heartless. My husband was undergoing cancer tx twice a day. His last treatment was at 1:00 and the host wanted another 100.00 to stay a few extra hrs, after paying over 6600.00 for our stay. Property was not even booked the next day. He told us we had to be out by 10:00 when the website stated checkout was 11:00 (which he changed after I pointed it out). Be aware that property sleeps 10, but only seats 4 in the living area, and kitchen was poorly stocked. There is alot more I could post, but I will just say this should not have an exceptional rating... mostly due to the host
