1. Check-In/Check-Out
⏰ Stick to Check-in/Out Times – Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding!
2.Luggage Drop-Off:
Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.
3. No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.
4. Pet Policy 🐾
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.
5. Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.
6. No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
7. Security & Valuables 🔒
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!
9. Climate Control 🌡️
Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.
10. Cleanliness 🧹
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.
11. Respect for Property 🏡
Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.
12. Emergency Procedures 🚨
Know the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Safety first!

14. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety 🚨
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.
If an alarm is triggered accidentally or appears faulty, please contact us right away so we can assist.

Very small and so we were surprised at that…. The unit is in an apartment building so there are lots of other people around, and it equates to noise and late night activity which can make sleeping hard. The entrance doorways into the building were open and adjar just about everytime we came back to the unit….which is a safety and security issue for me…. The unit is located centrally so it’s easy access to the city and various local destinations…. We had some issues and the manager was incredibly gracious and accommodating everytime…..as well as very quick to respond….i definitely appreciated that. I was very surprised at how filthy the city was overall, trash everywhere, graffiti everywhere….. I wasn’t expecting any of that….. the unit worked for our needs, but again, it’s very small, so be prepared for that…..
