The best part of this property is the location to downtown. The fact it didn't have a washer and dryer was disappointing. I didn't notice that in the original listing that most listings show a washer dryer or at least a washer. If your home was comfortable, I don't know how to stop it.

Very nice home; great patio; nice kitchen with everything you'll need; close to town center.

Easy communication, great location and comfortable home

Lots of space, good kitchen items. The heat pump in the kitchen/lounge worked well. The only downside is that in NZ at a property this large one expects a washer, which sadly is missing. Otherwise all good and walking distance to everything in the center of town.
