The studio is built into the owners’ main home but has its own independent front entrance. A locked, permanently bolted door connects the studio to the main house, maintaining separation between the spaces.



The walls are designed to help reduce sound, although some noise from the main home may occasionally be audible. A sound machine is provided for added comfort.

Guest Access:

This is an efficiency / Studio connected to the main house the owners live in. There is an independent, private front door entrance to the studio. It shares a wall with the home and there is a locked and permanently bolted door, creating full safety and privacy in the studio.
