Rented it out to host my 21st birthday party. Host let me know how much the fee would be right away. The house was so nice and clean. The rooms were also great overall we loved the house.

Everything was great about the stay from checking in to the sleeping areas. The house is beautiful and big.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our extended family. It was clean and well stocked. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The house was new, and had the very basic items needed, But nothing for comfort, like bedside lamps, or shampoo/conditioner/hand soap, or decent eating utensils, or kitchen seasoning (none). Kitchen was not equipped for a 2 week stay with adults eating there every day. The host allowed me to purchase things we needed for our stay, and reimbursed me.I purchased utensils, plastic storage bowls, a saute pan, three frying pans, shampoo/conditioner/bath soap for 3 bathrooms, soap for all the sinks.One set of sheets was badly stained, as were most of the towels. The group prior to us washed white towels with a red towels, we think. There was no place to put our clothes or suitcases, though the host suggested we stack them on the slves in the closets. I purchased hangers and asked the host to move the dressers in the garage into the bedrooms, but he didn't. The dressers were for another home.The cleaning person was there until 5:30pm though our check in was at 4.The grill was advertised as new, it was broken, and dirty,
