A second living room upstairs with sofa bed and 50-inch TV. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils needed to cook a good dinner.

A few minutes walk away there is a 15-20 minute bus ride to central Gothenburg, and if you walk 15 minutes in the other direction you can reach the city centre by tram. Otherwise it takes 10-15 minutes to drive into central Gothenburg.

The bathing lake Härlanda Tjärn and the rest of the popular recreation area Skatås/Delsjön are just a few minutes away on foot. The proximity to it and to the most central parts of Gothenburg makes this a great place to both discover the city, relax on the terrace or be active in the nearby nice surroundings.

Parking for several cars possible on the plot.

The house is our private home and is only rented out a few weeks a year.
