The condo was close to places we were going. It was clean and roomy with everything in good order.

The place was good, pretty clean, and a great location. I was concerned that I wouldn’t get check-in information in time because we didn’t get it till almost the last minute. I would like to have seen some grab bars in the tub/shower to feel a little safer. The outside seating area could be neater to make it seem a little more welcoming. Overall, I felt very safe and it was a great, walkable neighborhood.

This unit offers excellent beach access, with just a short walk to a dog-friendly beach area. It represents a solid, budget-conscious option for those seeking coastal living. The unit welcomes pets, and the neighboring residents were friendly and helpful. The owner demonstrated strong communication skills and was very responsive to all inquiries.Like many beach properties, the unit shows some typical wear that comes with coastal living. These are minor cosmetic items that don’t detract from the overall value and functionality of the space.Overall Assessment:A practical and welcoming choice for dog owners seeking affordable beach access with a responsive owner and friendly community atmosphere

Communication with the host was great, we were very close to the beach and had great access to get to the amphitheater. It’s very easy to get around and the location is perfect if you are staying on the beach. Very clean, linens smelled wonderful and I enjoyed the ease of getting in and out of the condo.
