The house was lovely and well decorated. It was very roomy - there were 10 of us and there was ample space for everyone. We loved that there were sufficient pots, pans, etc. for cooking as well as a lot of toys and games. It was in a lovely neighborhood with a nice community pool, gym, basketball courts etc. Fenwick Island beach is a few minutes away- it’s a quiet beach without a boardwalk. Overall we had an enjoyable and relaxing weekend.

Loved this house! Location is great! Owner is wonderful to work with. Prompt in responses. Neighborhood is beautiful. Convenient to grocery store and beaches. Clean and stocked with everything you need. Amenities are great as well! Would definitely recommend and would look forward to renting again.

It was a great house convenient location short drive to the beach.

We held our family reunion in this lovely gem of a beach home! The property contained everything we needed and more. Our group included young children, who loved the bunk beds, board games, game room, and bikes! Us parents appreciated the quiet neighborhood with sidewalks and amenities like the pool and gym. We were impressed by small things that were included, such as paper products, trash bags, and even condiments and seasonings. The included linens and towels are also a huge plus, saving us valuable luggage space. The first floor suite was excellent for the more mature members of our family, as well. Overall, the home was cozy and spacious. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and grocery stores. Bob and Jennifer were a pleasure to work with and were excellent communicators. I would absolutely recommend staying in this wonderful home.
