This is possibly the cleanest, nicest and most well thought out/stocked rental we've stayed in, and I'm a picky girl. Our group appreciated that the furnishings and amenities assumed we were humans that knew how to take care of a place instead of being disrespectful and trashing it. EVERYTHING has been thought of here from welcome snacks, to bedside waters, to CHARGERS. I could go on and on. The only drawback was the loud vehicle noise (some folks in the North Shore like their loud cars/motorcycles at night), but that is of no fault of the host. We loved the quick walk to the parks, shops, restaurants, and grocery. Host communication was A and they went so far as to helping us find places to have a gathering for our son who graduated from UTC. Unless you have mobility issues (it's 3 levels), there's no need to question booking this place.

Our stay was wonderful and very relaxing. The host was easy to communicate with and the guide for staying there was the best we have seen. The residence was in wonderful shape and stocked with everything we needed. The little extra amenities definitely made the experience one of our best.

one tiny idea - for the main floor where we all share a bathroom - maybe have a mirror in the bedrooms so people who just need the mirror (makeup, skin care, etc) don’t take up time in the morning away from people who need the toilet or shower. Fantastic experience staying with you all! Thank you for being such great hosts!

We had a great stay at Northshore Urban Overlook! We were there for a short stay with kids. We enjoyed being able to walk to Coolidge Park, the aquarium, Children’s Museum, great restaurants and Publix! The rental was well stocked with anything we could have needed! Would definitely recommend staying here!
