The apartment was clean, modern looking and in a good location. We especially liked the heated floor and that it was well equipped with everyday devices. It even had a toaster and two means of making coffee! The view from the windows was also very nice and the second bedroom with its walk-in closet handy. The apartment was also very quiet. Also the plants are a nice touch.

There were large patches of dust on all air vents. Being that visible, it is debatable how thorough the cleaning really is. There was also a hair on the bedding and one of the towels had some stains. There already 4 open bags of ground coffee in the pantry. Further the bathroom plumbing seemed kind of sketch. There was an open hose just leading inside the sink table. When turning the little nob on the faucet, which often is also used to operate the drain cover, the whole sink cabinet just flooded without warning. Apart from that everything else seemed clean. What annoyed us was that there was no shower-gel, no extra trashbags, no means to enter the wasteroom in the building and no dish towel. Thus basic activities, like drying the dishes or throwing away take-out boxes required some workarounds. The microwave / oven combination was also really weird and took some trial and error to get it to just heat some fries, despite reading the available manual. Operating the exhaust hood in the kitchen was similar challenging. As others said the couch thingy in the living room is not the best. It is not the most comfortable to sit and the cover tends to slide down after some sitting, making frequent readjustments necessary. Just replacing it with any run-of-the-mill couch would be better. Also the communication was very sparse. Upon booking no one reached out to me on how to get to the apartment. Only on the day of arriving, and after I wrote a message myself, I got the info. Thats the only message I ever received. No further acknowledgments of me informing the host that we arrived or that we checked out were sent. The message also reached me via SMS. My initial inquiry about how to get in on booking.com's messaging system was never answered. I would appreciate using the means provided on booking.com for booking related communication instead of having it bleed into my private messages using my phone number.

Rauhallinen sijainti ja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Parkkihallikin aivan vieressä.

Ainoa miinus tulee levitettävästä sohvasta joka matala ja huono istuttava varsinkin TV:n katseluun. Siivous ehkä vähän hätäisesti suoritettu kun ks. sohvan vierestä löytyi likainen lippalakki.

Valoisa ja siisti asunto hyvällä sijainnilla. Isoista ikkunoista näkymä Marskinpuistoon.

Olohuoneeseen olisin kaivannut futonpatjan sijalle sohvaa.
